- He is an active member of Heartland Vineyard Community Church.
He received his post-doctorate education as a certified nutritionist from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington Minnesota. He then achieved certification as a GAPS (gut and psychology syndrome) practitioner from Natasha Campbell McBride. He recently received his AFMCP from the Institute of Functional Medicine in Washington and his certification from the Health Coach Institute as a Certified Health Coach. His practice centers on the detection and treatment of chronic disorders such autoimmune, digestive, thyroid, severe fatigue, and hormonal issues. He is also passionate toward children with Asperger’s and Autism as well as patients struggling with weight loss.
Dr. Meyer is known for his passionate caring approach toward natural healthcare using nutritional support to disease, unlike the symptomatic relief care that may be found with other practitioners. He will search for the ‘Why.’ He will not treat disease, but rather find out the root of that disease. With his many years of experience, he will use advanced methods of testing not normally seen in most doctor settings. As a Functional Medicine Practitioner, He will not give you a cookie-cutter schedule of care. Each person has their own unique individual needs and will require their own personalized support.
My Commitment to You
After being a healthcare practitioner for many years, I am amazed at the downturn of health in our country. We are on toxic overload. The air we are breathing, the food we are eating, and the water we are drinking are full of toxins that were unseen and unheard of 25 years ago. One out of two people will succumb to heart disease. One out of three to cancer. One out of eight have mental illness. Five out of six people are dying from preventable diseases. One out of two people have a chronic illness taking place in their bodies now. As of next year the estimate is three out of four people in the United States will be overweight or obese contributing to over 100 million people in the U.S. with diabetes. I am committed to helping you along the journey to take your life back. We will do it together by changing some lifestyle habits, taking in proper nutrition, and attacking the root cause of the disease and shortcomings in your health today. I look forward to helping you.

Linda
Hi, I'm Linda. For the past 23 years, I have been working at Vanderloo Chiropractic. I love that the office is consistently filled with good people, sweet laughter and friendly conversations.
My day-to-day at the office can consist of many things, from scheduling, taking phone calls, inputting insurance, performing therapies in the therapy room, taking X-Rays and decorating the office - I enjoy serving in any way I can.
Reading and crafting are two of my favorite hobbies. I am always eager to hear about any good books you may have read!
